Account Deletion & Data Privacy

Thank you for using [Donors Aid mobile application]. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Visit the Android Donors Aid App.
2. Log in using your account credentials.
3. Navigate to Settings, scroll down under the Account Section, click on 'Delete Account,' and follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the account deletion process.

Data Deletion Details:

The following personal information will be permanently deleted: Blood Group, Last Known Location, Your Donors Profile, Name, Email, Phone Number.

Your pending blood requests, including patient information, will remain valid for 5 days. After this period, they will be permanently deleted.

Please note that reactivation of your account or retrieval of any added content or information will not be possible. All data will be permanently deleted.
